La Casa di Rosa in Varenna

Very clean and in a wonderful location close to stores and restaurants.

No living area except the small kitchen which is connected to a bathroom and bedroom.

Heating and hot water was going off daily, no comfortable seating for six, not enough large towels, no change of towels ,at a cost.other friends appartments far superior for same price, only one key for six could not out independently, intercom not working, iron burnt marks unable to use.Washing machine poor access.appartment better suited for 4 people.

Nice apartment for a family with 2 separate bedrooms. Quite a bit of walk to the property from bust stop including steps. Please check and make sure the Varenna train station is open - it is under construction and there’s no direct train from Milan. Overall a nice location if you don’t mind walking as the only option. Taxis are hard to find and have to pre book.

Apartment was very comfortable and clean. It was surprisingly very spacious with 2 and half bath. No issue for everyone to get ready. Location is perfect, just steps from restaurant and main town area. Staff was very communicative and helpful through out stay. Highly recommend

Was not an issue for our stay but it was strange to have one bathroom open into the kitchen. Not complaining, I would much rather have an extra bathroom

Fantastic location. Big rooms. Very clean and comfortable beds.

They advertised a washing machine and we packed less clothes because of that. When we arrived to the place there was a note on the washing machine that it was broken. So they knew it was broken and did not tell us so when we checked in. When we found it after betting there for a day and let them know they sent someone over and said they needed to order a part and would pay to have us take our clothes to a local laundromat. We were only there for 2 full days and 3 nights and did not have time to go to a local laundromat. We were disappointed by this and no amount of money was credited to us for this huge Inconvenience!
