"Not enough parking for hotel guests!"

We have stayed there several times over past 2 years while having appointments at Mayo Clinic. When we arrived for a 4 day stay this week, the hotel parking ramp was full. We asked at the desk where we were supposed to park. She said, “On the street. “ We said “Where.” She said the parking meters are free between 5 pm and 8 am. We said “Where are these parking meters.” She said, “A couple blocks away!” Give me a break! We're an older couple in our mid-70’s whose purpose was to go to Mayo Clinic for appointments! We asked for a cancellation and refund! We won’t be back!
