Great pool, great staff. Even housekeeping is very friendly. Came for a staycation and they did not disappoint. Kudos to heidee for breakfast!!

Easy stay with no problems.

The property was good, clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a little less than desirable but you can’t have everything right.

The staff did not advise the cleaning staff that we wanted the room cleaned every other day. Breakfst was fine and the rooms very sufficient. Hotel located in excellent location and ample parking but a parking fee?

My stay was amazing. Traveled to Towson for Special Olympics competition and stayed 3 days. The staff was amazing, food was great, and the room was super clean. All of the comforts of home. I will definitely be staying again next year for competition weekend.

Staff is the best room exceptionally clean

Upon arriving we were greeted by a not so friendly staff member who clearly didn’t want to be bothered and then I was hit with a fee I was not expected as well as told that I had to pay it all on my card and couldn’t split the payment with the person who was accompanying me and not with a nice tone either. Upon getting to the room it was hot, we eventually got the thermostat to work however when we left and came back it was hot again, after calling down they told me that it was because it could tell that we left the room which I found to be very odd because unless there is a camera in it how would it know if I left the room to be able to turn off? The thermostat did turn back on and it did cool down. The hallways smells terribly of mildew. We never were able to use the pool because kids threw up in it. Aside from all of that, the room was nice and spacious, the beds were not comfortable and we at the least got a later check out time. For the price I paid, I don’t know that I would return for what we got though unfortunately.

Very spacious and clean room. Hotel looks fairly new and very modern. Excellent place for an extended stay, especially for families, because of the kitchenette in the room, including a full sized refrigerator. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that the auto message email sent with the online reservation stated that the coincidental fee on your credit card will be $50 when it’s actually $150. Plus, there’s a $4.72 parking fee which isn’t stated either.

Everything was amazing. Very peaceful and clean. I would definitely stay again
