"Wonderful location, but the flat needs attention."

The location is perfect and communication with the host was fine.

The bed was awful. We slept very badly for two nights and we were visiting the city for our daughters graduation. We were exhausted on both days. Also, the flat wasn't clean. The blinds were covered in dust and the skirting boards were dirty. It felt like it needed a deep clean. (And we're really not overly fussy).
