Location was ok, although parking was not always guaranteed outside the property, despite the parking permit available. This was largely due to other drivers not making best use of the space available in the designated parking bays. The bed and sofa were comfortable.

The absence of a table and chairs made dining and undertaking computer work strenuous and painful for someone with limited mobility. In the kitchen, wall tiles were in need of a good clean, the sealant was black and mouldy, and the mixer tap was to be held together with black insulation tape to prevent leaking. There was a constant drip from the tap. A number of the floor tiles in the bathroom had gaps and needed filling. Place felt a little tired and in need of work. The entrance to the apartments was dark, dingy and smelled damp. Thankfully, there was a plug-in air freshener in the apartment to mask the general odour from the communal area.

I liked that it was a flat (apartment) with kitchen facilities and that I had the whole place to myself. I also liked the shower head.

The whole flat and kitchen items (plates, pots & pans, and flatware) need a thorough deep cleaning. There were two extra pillows but no pillowcases.

Nice and clean flat everything fine. Close to local shops and 15 mins walk to city centre.

Only bad point was the communal entrance which smelt disgusting coming into the landing stairs and had no lights in the evening.

Everything about the apartment was fantastic, perfect location, all the amenities needed and extras too. Bed super comfy, lounge v spacious and all kitchen equipment of a good quality and standard. Highly recommend

The flat had everything i needed and was very clean. Great communication with the owner
