Excellent service, the staff is very friendly, only issues was at the property due to offers on services that are not available yet like the restaurants because they only have the buffet and the Italian, spa is not available yet

El servicio del hotel en general es excelente, el bufet es muy amplio y variado, el servicio de bar el 20/10, la s habitaciones muy cómodas. Es ideal para descansar y para tener un fin de semana agradable.

El hotel es bueno pero no justifica el precio por noche, el personal tiene te la bienvenida con mucha entuciasmo pero luego va bajando durante la estancia. Los elevadores no están sincronizados, así que conseguir uno es complicado. La piscina está abierta solo hasta las 6:30 pm así que cuando llegas de las actividades durante el día ya no te queda chance de ir. A pesar de ser “nuevo” tiene deterioro en muebles y accesorios y presenta humedades. El mini bar está muy limitado. La comida y los cócteles son muy buenos. La comida y los cocteles son muy buenos
