The hotel is wonderful and the service was outstanding from beginning to the end. Live music every night in the lobby with bar opened late. Beautiful infinity pool and lovely Italian restaurant. I had an issue with the firm mattress the first night and guest services was able to switch out our mattress for a softer one! Our only issue was the the drinks at the bars were very light. I understand an all inclusive hotel wants to keep cost down. We went across the street to the liquor store to buy drinks. That was our preference and liking. And the buffet lunch and dinner foods we luke warm to cold. The breakfast was hot and delicious everyday. That was the only hiccups but the service and friendly staff outdid themselves. Super super nice time and on to remember.

Everything was great, love how it was all inclusive , but the check in was a little bit unorganized.

The hotel is an all inclusive. The staff was overwhelmed, and exhausted. It looks like the establishment needs more staff members and also, to re train their old employees.

This is one of the best places we have ever been. It was courtesy all around from everyone. The different shows they offered at night were magnificent and Roger kept everyone laughing. Just have to say, see you soon again.

Es un excelente lugar pero con algunos detalles. Si bien se entiende que está en construcción aún y que viajé en temporada meda/baja hay elementos que son mejorables. Las comidas a pesar de ser buffet son limitadas y en algunos casos reciclan lo del desayuno para la cena, como el pan, por ejemplo. Las gasesosas a veces están sin gas. El aseo estuvo defectuoso en los pasillos que se veían algo sucios y a pesar de avisar no lo limpiaron. En cuanto a atención nada que decir, el personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La verdad esperaba sorprenderme más de un 5 estrellas pero de igual forma fue una buena experiencia.

If you are looking for all inclusive good value this is not the place. It’s a nice new hotel but not worth the all inclusive prices. Very little food choices. Not the best taste. They close restaurant at 10 yet 9:15 they already take the food away and tell people it’s closed.

Beautiful property, conveniently located. Delicious food and friendly staff. I will definetely will come back.

The hotel is very good, although it is not finished, but that does not interfere with the development of what you want, which is to rest, sunbathe, eat very well, everything that is offered is what you get, the staff is very friendly They always have a smile and a good attitude towards the guest, the resetsion girls are very friendly, the man with the suitcases is the best, always very friendly, and all the restaurant staff are very friendly, in general excellent, highly recommended.
