"Easy place for a night or two"

Bed comfortable and was warm

No breakfast included Did not know how to sign up to their Wifi Toilet did not work properly Because I was in and out for a tangi --- when I did go to office --- no one there to report to

"I think I did like was the staff including the cleaners they were very nice"

Parking, I had to knock on doors so I could drive out, pillows and bed were horrible, neighbours had loud music and very noisy at 11:00pm

"Quiet enough (I like train noise) and clean. Warm comfortable night. Shabby but cheap."

Really cheap. Nice owners.

Tiny bolt lock on door was entirely inadequate but no other guests in villa so was ok. Was given option to change to more secure and slightly more expensive room but I'm too cheap :D
