The location, it was close to the marae and a coffee shop. The staff, the man at reception was very helpful. Thank you for being helpful in our time of need.

The rooms were cold, an extra blanket including the one already provided would be good. The beds are very worn. You can feel the dip in the bed when you lie on it. The sheets have passed their used by date. It was obvious they were clean but they still had old stains. I would stay here again if things like the beds, sheets and towels had an upgrade.

Hostel was kind enough to supply bandages for a hiking wound after hours.

Location ideal,great parking,crisp white sheets and the absolute room basics were catered for.

This Motel has become very old and tired, used to be really smart with gardens, now the rooms are showing their age and are really in need of some upgrading. The room also had a stale smell thats probably in the furnishings- as happens with frequent use and possibly no deep cleaning.

Their fresh milk tasted really great.

The bathroom was really small and cramped and our hot water didn't work.

All water for drinking and cooking was in the toilet, the toilet leaked all night

Great location. Very clean and tidy. We were given fruit on arrival which was very thoughtful.

The wifi was not great.
