The shuttle was a great amenity. The driver was so nice. Check in was easy for how late it was. Our room was clean and very cool after being in the humidity.

Evening clerk could have been nicer. Was not helpful answering questions about the area. The day shift staff were very helpful.

Great value and and friendly employees at this place. Would stay again.

Overall, our experience at this hotel continues to be very positive. The service is generally excellent, and one of the highlights of every stay is the valet parking team. They are consistently friendly, courteous, respectful, and professional, while also bringing humor and positive energy that makes guests feel genuinely welcome. It is always refreshing to arrive and be greeted with smiles and great attitudes. We continue to choose this location whenever we travel because of its convenience to the airport and the overall quality of service. One area that could benefit from improvement is guest courtesy and awareness from all staff members. During checkout time this morning, while walking from the elevator toward the front desk with luggage, there was an employee standing in a narrow hallway near an open door, focused on her phone. Unfortunately, she did not move aside to allow guests to pass comfortably, nor did she acknowledge us with a simple “good morning.” Her attitude gave the impression that she did not care, which was disappointing. This seemed more like a matter of common sense and guest awareness than anything else, and I believe some additional coaching on hospitality and attentiveness could help improve the guest experience even further. And get you to a perfect score. Aside from this isolated incident, everyone else was wonderful, and we will continue staying at this location in the future.

The AC was kinda noisy. The shower took quite long to finally get warm. My Wife wanted to read, and Her side no reading lamp only very bright lighting along strip above the bed head board making the light shining on me making it hard for me to sleep

I recently stayed at Tru at Fort Lauderdale Airport for the F1 Miami Grand Prix. It was very convenient located to my parking lot and a great choice. The room and staff are great but be prepared for no parking so you have to use valet, which wasn't a problem. The only feedback I have is they offer "free hot breakfast" and it is poorly done. No variety on different days. I stayed for 4 days and the same scrambled eggs and sausage links were offered on each day. Try to mix it up to give guests a variety. Its the little things that counts. Extremely limited breakfast options to choose from. Other than that, great stay.

The hotel was very convenient for us . We enjoyed the room and the breakfast . The staff was friendly too .
