Front Desk Manager Made our April 18 stay a 5-star experience. She was friendly, professional and had a customer first attitude. We arrived early from our cruise and my husband wasn't feeling well. Thanks to her, we got an early check in and she saved the day.

Location

The rooms, we booked 2 weekends before and after a cruise, ac in both rooms did not work. There was not body soap in either rooms did. The room were small.
