"A cottage that makes you feel welcome"

A beautiful cottage with generous space for the three of us and 2 dogs. Charles met us when we arrived and was friendly and helpful. It is very well equipped and maintained. Extra touches like fresh milk, bread, butter and jams and a vase of fresh flowers made it more special. It has a secluded private garden with seating and access to their own woods. There are scenic walks from the door and lovely views from the lounge and bedroom. An interesting selection of books to browse, helpful local information provided and some stunning artworks on the walls. Just a lovely place.

"A perfect stay by Dartmoor"

This is our second time staying at Rock House Cottage. This is one of our very favorite places to visit. Charles and Lorraine are exceptional hosts and have done an outstanding job of making this home away from home a home! With fresh milk, bread, butter and a vase of lovely flowers, their welcoming and generous spirit shines through. The cottage is clean, plush, aesthetically stunning, and with a full kitchen, you have everything you need to make this a perfect stay. The beds are super comfortable, and everywhere is spotlessly clean. As well, the surrounding beauty of the countryside, and peaceful nature of the place makes this for the perfect stay in Devon. We so very much look forward to returning.

The owner had thought of all the extra tou hes (groceries, toiletries) which makes the difference. Comfortable and relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings

Very peaceful location but still all important wifi facilities. Home from home. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Very quaint cottage with beautiful views. We feel very lucky to have stayed at this cottage.

"Lovely cottage"

Working down in Exeter, this cottage was ideal, a little off the beaten track, but clean comfortable and well furnished. Had everything I needed. Lovely grounds and views, great shower Comfy bed and well equipt kitchen. Great directions and Comms from owner and very sweet little dog to come and greet you.
