Bad war toll

Hygiene von Zimmer und Hotel hätte noch besser sein können( Teppich war ranzig auf Zimmer und Bett war uralt)

The area is located in the immediate vicinity of the subway station as well as the E-Center Edeka supermarket (situated directly on the corner); both the train station and the airport are easily accessible by subway without the need for transfers. Fast check-in and check-out are made possible thanks to digital door locks.

The bedsheet was old and had a hole in the middle of the mattress; the entire building smelled of garlic all the time, and the door handles at the main entrance were dirty and sticky. The room smelled of old furniture, and there were not enough hangers.

Non è un hotel. Si deve fare il check in automatico e non trovate nessun dipendente. C'era per noi una bottiglia di acqua non sigillata sulla scrivania. L'ingresso è sporco, molto, e anche vecchio. Parcheggio gratuito ma con sporcizia anche lì, bottiglie rotte e buste del mc Donald

n der Nacht der Anreise war trotz korrekter Zugangsdaten kein Zutritt möglich. Mehrfache Kontaktversuche (Telefon, WhatsApp) bis nach 02:00 Uhr blieben ohne funktionierende Lösung; Anrufe wurden nicht entgegengenommen. Der Ablauf ist dokumentiert. Ich musste mir kurzfristig eine Ersatzunterkunft organisieren und zusätzliche Kosten tragen. Im Nachgang wurde behauptet, ich hätte das Zimmer genutzt – was nicht zutrifft und durch den dokumentierten Verlauf sowie Zeugen widerlegt werden kann.
