The Gran Resort Kinosaki

Nice hotel in the country side, quiet, large, clean, comfortable rooms, good communal bath. Wifi works well in the room. There is a shuttle to Kinosaki from 9 to 11Am and 3 to 5Pm and you can also taxi back to the hotel for approximately 15$. We were picked up at the Kinosaki train station. Since we don’t speak japanese it was a little difficult but the manager, who also speaks English, was extremely nice and helpful to manage that for us, we thank him. It was crab season and the other tourists, mainly Japanese were enjoying crab meals. breakfast was a feast everyday, and different foods each morning. We had a great stay for 3 nights, people, all staff were very nice and helpful. Price was right. we would love to come back!

the property is about 15ms by car from Kinosaki but it’s manageable

城崎温泉からのアクセスは悪いが、スタッフの対応がとても良く、部屋も広くて綺麗だった。

城崎温泉のつもりで来てはいけない。

駅からはかなり離れていますが、電話する時送迎をしてもらえます。部屋も広く、お風呂や食事も良かったです。スタッフもとても親切でした。

綺麗で広い部屋だったが、城崎温泉駅から送迎orタクシーが必須で、少々不便。立地的にもう少しお値段が安いと嬉しい。

料理がしょっぱかった

施設は古いですが、対応でカバーされてます。 朝食後コーヒーサービスもありました。 出発時には、スタッフさんが、お見送りいただき感激しました。

施設の案内や規則等を丁寧に説明して頂いたりなど、サービスが充実していて良かったです！

写真のような部屋ではなかったが、フロント対応がよく、気持ち良かったです。 コロナ禍で、おそらく僕たちしか宿泊客がいませんでしたが、経った人組のために大浴場を沸かしてくれているのには感激を受け真下。

静かで広い敷地、部屋でとても気持ち良く滞在しました。チェックイン前に到着したにもかかわらず、部屋に入れてもらい、観光情報も的確に教えてもらいありがとうございます。
