Hampton Inn by Hilton Irvine Spectrum Lake Forest

We hosted a vendor show as well as an all company meeting here in November. I cannot say enough about Crishiel and Mika who were my events managers. Talk about catering to my needs, effective communication and flawless execution. These two were consummate professionals and brought it all day long. Additionally the staff was pleasant and you could tell they enjoyed their jobs. In addition, Mika and Christel are the reason why I will book all of our future meetings at this venue. This year we sprung and paid extra for additional food packages for breakfast and lunch, and the feedback from our associates was such a positive endorsement. Worth the additional few dollars per head to upgrade from the deli patters (which were always solid). I cannot say how pleased I am with our decision to book here and I cannot recommend this facility and these two enough.

The management and staff were extremely un organized. They told us we could do an early morning pick up bag breakfast and when we asked the night before they knew nothing about it. The originally told us the leg fee would be 75. They then changed that to 125. After a while they agreed to the 75 since they mistakenly quoted us. I was loading my car at 5am to check out and leave and forgot my room key. The front door is locked which I get but no one was manning the front desk. After multiple buzzer calls and pounding on every door on floor 1 another guest ended up letting me in. I would not stay here again. Crazy unorganized and mis managed.

It was great all around customer service was excellent

Please refill the water and coffee all the times at the lobby area. Otherwise, everything is great.
