"Home2suites in disguise of Hampton "

Sheets and Towel quality was poor. Breakfast was nowhere close to Hampton standards. Feels like the property is Home2suites and is just selling the same room under Hampton brand name

There were numerous issues with our trip. Only one elevator working with a fully booked hotel with no spare rooms to go to with a working ac. Our room was over 80 degrees and staff did not seem concerned at all. They made promises of making it right and communication and neither has happened.
