Very small pool and the same as they showed on pictures. Rooms are small too.

The staff was absolutely rude.

Our room is quiet, clean & comfortable. However, the experience at the bar & breakfast were both disappointing. Despite only 8 people in the bar, we left after 15 minutes of no service. Breakfast is buffet style with only plastic cutlery, plates & cups. Call me a snob but you would think being a Hilton, they would at least stretch to crockery !.

Although we had a little tough time checking in, problem got fixed but breakfast was great and Cook was amazing Guy and loving!

I enjoyed my stay until the air conditioning stopped working. It was 75° in the room with no ventilation extremely uncomfortable.

I enjoyed the cleanliness of the property. Rooms were clean, new, and functional. It never felt crowded. Staff at front desk was helpful. but calls were not answered. Our TV kept shutting off every like 2 min. due to a faulty room key? My girls enjoyed their time at the hotel pool. The continental breakfast was generously stocked with delicious items for everyone, even picky eaters. The room was quiet except on Sat. morning, it was garbage pick up day at 7am apparently. I really liked the scent of the shampoo, conditioner, & body wash provided in the eco friendly large bottles in the rr. Restaurants were close by such as Panera and McDonalds, Starbucks, ect.

As everyone says, this place, in spite of the mushy beds and unnecessary $20/day parking fee (that isn’t shown on the Expedia price, deceptively hidden) and breakfast that ends — conviently for them at 9am, this place is still excellent. Well designed, quiet, not fancy but perfectly adequate for the businessperson it looks to have been built for.

Arrived at Hampton hotel and the place seemed very nice and clean from outside view, as I walked inside Carmen & Matthew greeted us and immediately helped us with our speedy check in. I highly recommend this hotel for any occasion, I'm very pleased how well Matthew & Carmen helped us with everything we needed to know and highly recommend some close restaurants. Thank you so much Mathew and Carmen for all your help, my husband and I will definitely come back to stay here only because of the good treatment we received.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The customer service was outstanding, especially from Anahi—she was extremely polite, professional, and full of positive energy. She checked me in quickly and made sure everything was smooth. Every day, she went out of her way to help my daughter with hot chocolate, which we truly appreciated. Chloe was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The staff really made us feel welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend this place!

Great hotel for families. Our group was redirected to this hotel as it is the busy summer season. Our basketball team families booked with ease thanks to Madisyn and her team via weblink. I'm grateful that you put our group on the top floor with no noise above us! Hotel was clean & tidy and check-in was quick. Breakfast included and parking was reasonable. Be sure to request daily room service if you want your towels swapped out and bed made. I'm very thankful that the thermostat is adjustable as I sleep hot and other hotels that our group has stayed at, limit the A/C temp... There are gas stations, fast food, grocery and many restaurants literally two minutes away. The hotel is right off the freeway, so you're immediately on the road if you've got somewhere to be. We'll definitely book again on our next trip.
