"Nice and clean!"

Front desk crew Chloe, Anahi & Manny were very helpful and sweet. The rooms are very clean, which is a huge plus for me. Hotel is right next to the freeway but you would never know because the area is so quiet! Will definitely return!

An alarm went off in our room and it took about an hour for them to send someone up to fix the alarm. They wouldn’t answer the front desk phone had to go downstairs to speak to someone and 30-45 mins later I called again was put on hold for about 10 mins all this before someone showed up to fix it. When we arrived we go stuck in the elevator with another guest and it took them a while to pick up the help line. We got the room with hotels.com for $219 and were charged $270 when we arrived. We didn’t have time to go elsewhere so we paid the extra charge still have not received a receipt for our stay from them. Never had a problem with a Hilton branch before so this was a bit annoying.

We did a business event at the Hampton and our banquet manager, Crisheil was absolutely amazing. Best customer service ever. If you have an event your group will be well taken care of.
