Cleanliness

Poor lighting No nightstand on one side of bed. Had to use the table stool. Pillows were hard No chairs ...had to sit on the uncomfortable bed.

Location and office staff.

Size of bed, horrible horrible parking. And the extra cleaning charge after stating to staff I was working in local coal processing facility.
