"Clean and comfortable in a rural area where this is scarce."

Hard to find a minimally decent motel in this rural area. Reviews said Oxford Motel was clean and it was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at. Comfortable bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient to restaurants and Walmart. Microwave and fridge.

Floor air conditioner kept room comfortable but a bit louder than other places I’ve stayed at. Doors and locks need serious replacement. Shower lacked hot water.

Web stated that the rooms all had different themes. Our room 35 had no theme, no pictures on any walls. The king bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was a cheap little window shaker that did a medaoalker job. Will no stay there again.
