Worse stay, will definitely not go there again. I got to my room and there was a box of what seemed to be parts for a shower head on top of the microwave. I went to the restroom and noticed it didn’t have the handle to turn on the shower. I called the front desk and they asked me if I wasn’t happy they can swap my room and for a room closer to the front. I walked all the way to the front desk and they gave me the room next to my my original room. I asked the front desk employee if there was something closer since I had to walk back again with all my bags and all he said was no.

Some rooms are brand new some are old and disgusting but the staff will get you put somewhere satisfactory and make sure you’re happy every time most hotels try to play dumb they’re very good with customer service and very good about cost

"Totally disappointing, a hotel I will never go to again."
