Well the microwave doesn’t work very good and seems to be a little loose and the room isn’t very clean

Awful. Room smelled horrible, $100 deposit for what? I could have damaged the room and it would probably be in better shape than when I got there

Based on other reviews, I took a chance. It turned out to be clean, comfy, safe, and I slept wonderfully. That's what mattered. It was not a high-end hotel, nor was I expecting one as I did not reserve one. The only trouble I had was trying to find it. It was in a separate wing of the Grand, which, based on reviews, I did not choose to stay at. All worked out just fine and, should I be in that area again, I would most likely stay there again.

Location was good for the place we were visiting

No elevator only 2 entrances available. Confusing layout of the entire place. It had 2 different names on the building. They don’t give you a key card. It’s a piece of paper with your room number and a code to punch in to access your room. The side door doesn’t require an access code to get into the building. The light when you first walk in our room was burnt out. The “shampoo/conditioner/soap they provided was a bottle of moisturizing lotion in the shower(which is why I usually bring my own). There’s a musty smell when you fist walk into the rooms.

I have stayed here more than a few times in the past and they always treated me kindly and respectful.
