This Hotel is pretty decent, housekeeping came in every day and took trash and cleaned the bathroom which was awesome, every staff member we interacted with were friendly. Overall pretty good stay.

Worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. Old ,dirty and outdated..ripped curtains, dirty carpet , paint peeling off walls..housekeeping came 1 time , had to buy my own toilet paper. This place is nothing like its advertised. Expedia should take this hotel off their list .AVOID AT ALL COST !!!

Black mold, roaches, bed bugs, a human poop in the toilet and probably hasn't been cleaned in a year or too save yourself the trouble and NEVER BOOK HERE

WORST stay EVER!!!!! The hotel lost my reservation, claimed they had one room left. Only room left had no microwave, which didnt matter anyway since the fridge stopped working and i lost over $100 in food. The bedding, curtains, and carpet had burn holes and looked dirty and dingy. The towels were thin and barely dried you. The toilet was wobbly and felt like you would tip over. The AC was loud and the room was right across from the stairs so you heard the stairwell door slam at all hours. The bathroom sink didnt have any hot water, but the shower barely had any cold so it was a sauna to shower. The tub had a ring of soap scum and mildew on the shower curtain. The room had multiple roaches crawling around, and possible bed bugs since both my husband and i woke up with rashes. The hallways were hard to navigate with housekeeping carts right in the middle. No elevator and being disabled and climbing stairs made for a difficult weekend. Doors didnt feel secure inside or outside. Garbage spilling over onto the walkways and the sidewalk was blocked. Parking was hard to find near any entrance. And the price i paid was not worth the stay. Was not offered a discount for the lost reservation or the inconvenience of having to take a second floor room. Was treated very rudely at checkin and not very accommodating to someone with a disability. The whole place smells bad and would not recommend to anyone!!!! Run to a different hotel before ever booking here.

Extremely unsanitary, no toiletries provided, stained linen/towels, gross smell, A/C didn’t put off cold.

Stairway to second floor smelled awful. Had trouble getting into room with code. Bathroom shower did not drain for at least two hours. Night stand missing drawer, and TV remote did not work. One channel only.

The only thing good about it the beds was nice

To start off with I rented a room with a jetted tub and when I got to the hotel the room had no tub... the whole reason of renting this room was for that tub or I could have paid a lot less and a better neighborhood... its a scam make sure you realize you will not get the room you are paying for.. Hence the no refund policy...
