Beautiful room , and very comfortable bed , overall very clean and good facilities. The shower size was very large and the shower was lovely. Would recommend to others . And would happily return.

The lady that checked us In seemed very shy/uncomfortable, she seemed pleasant enough but lacked confidence which made the whole check in process very awkward and forced. Perhaps a little more training would be needed with how to approach guests. Also there were a few yellow stains on the bed but nothing major .

It is not a spa or a 5 star hotel

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The shower room was adequate, the water pressure good. The breakfast choices were reasonable and dining facilities adequate. The pool we enjoyed on a number of occasions.

This is the first hotel that we have stayed in (and we have stayed in many around the world), that did not have a phone in the room, so if you wanted to communicate with the reception for instance, you had to walk there. In addition there was not any toilet roll holder or brush, provided in the shower room.
