Proximity to the highway.

The bathroom needs work. There was a hole over the toilet where I believe a fan should have been and the bathroom sink didn’t drain very fast

it was clean and inviting.

the shower head was very outdated I would recommend switching to modern shower heads and removable would be great. breakfast ends way to early.
