Location for my needs. Decent breakfast options

Very slow check in.Refrigerator didn’t work in room. Pool area was messy, strong chlorine and cold pool water. Maintenance/housekeeping carts left unattended in elevators. One of the bathrooms in one of my two rooms had bad body odor smell.
