From the second I walked into the hotel, I felt welcomed! The front desk staff was friendly and top-notch! The accommodations were very clean and well-maintained. I was traveling with two small dogs and it was great to see a pet-friendly hotel with ample green areas and provided poop bags. The staff even gave the dogs gifts when we checked out. I had a wonderful experience and have already raved abut the hotel to friends and family.

The staff is terrific. Booking told us check-in time was 3 which was important because we needed to get ready for a formal event. In fact, check-in time is 4:00 but the staff accommodated us. All the staff we encountered were cheerful and welcoming.

It was pretty clean.

No ice bags, & no check in until 4pm which was not advertised nor is it the norm! And it’s definitely not worth $200 a night.
