"My stay was fantastic, but some of the employees attitudes were really bad. When we first was getting ready to check in"

It was clean and convenient to shopping. After we checked in every other staff, member was wonderful. Keep reminding them a smile and a good morning. Good afternoon. Good night goes a long way.

"It was a great stay"

It was great

Check-in was 4pm and not 3pm. There was a 50 dollar surcharge, just incase the room was damaged. That was on the web site. Other then that it was a great stay

Quick check-in and check-out process.

Cleanliness was not there whatsoever. Routine room maintenance is essential. The showers had mold, the wallpaper was peeling, and the room's cleaning was subpar at best.
