Ye Olde Windmill Apartment Free Parking

The property gorgeous very well maintained & very clean. Short walking distance to pubs, restaurants and walk into the main shopping district. We received very clear entry instructions well before arriving & communication with our host was exceptional.

Easy access to the building and to get the keys.

Was in a good location, the property was easy to access.

The cleanliness was poor, dirt and filth in most corners of each room, the bathroom shower had lots of mould and was dirty on the floor. The double bed was extremely uncomfortable, we had back ache after the first night, and we had to leave 3 days early due to the unsatisfactory conditions.

Quiet location, no noise at night. Easy to catch bus into city. Large clean well appointed apartment. Large TV. Tea and coffee and cleaning materials provided. Efficient heating system. Easy parking outside building or down side road. Close to supermarket.

Bed in main bedroom was extremely !ow, extremely soft, and very very uncomfortable. It was difficult to get down to and up from for anyone with back or hip problems. Sofa bed in lounge area was higher and slightly more comfortable with mattress topper. Curtains let light from outside street lamp and daylight in. Shower was not very powerful and tray was very slippery and did not have slipmat.

Location is fantastic, good kitchen with most utensils you'd need. Modern and mostly clean. Electric radiators do a great job of heating the rooms and can be set per room. Bathroom and shower good.

Mentioned in a previous review was some cobwebs over the ceiling in the bedroom, and also the bed being very soft. Both issues still there. I suppose the bed is to taste but it's low, soft and the end sticks out which causes a problem for taller people. The floor is rather cold too, bring your slippers.
