受付スタッフさんが丁寧で良かった。

朝食の時に作っているスタッフや他のスタッフが外国人の方の悪口を大きな声で言っていてとても気分が悪くなった。 料理もバイキングでしたが、8時前に行ったのに1人分や2人分の量しか残っていなく、新しく作るという事もしていなかった。そして来るのが遅いのが悪いと言っていた。そして不味かった。

The largest and most luxurious room we stayed so far in this price range. Super clean too, staff very polite and helpful. And the best of all - fantastic view from the rooftop where one of the smoking areas was located too. Easy access to the Kobe airport, as well as the main transit hub of Kobe (Sannomiya).

The train (portliner) station is in reasonable distance when not having any luggage, but with luggage it's not ideal. However this is only a minor inconvenience in comparison to the positives. I would 100% book again if I come again to Kobe.

"残念なところがありすぎました"

大浴場とサウナはよかったです 休憩スペースも広く使いやすいと感じた

9階にあるレストランの床がベトベトすぎる 朝食の時点でこんなにベタベタしてていいの？てレベルで朝から不快になりました そのベトベトて部屋に戻るとか気持ち悪すぎました 部屋のエアコンの風が臭いのも清掃ができてないのではと感じました
