ブュッフェのロケーション、神戸港の夜景を見られた事。ディナー、朝食とも美味しかったのと、スパのサウナに熱波師が演出してくれた事。

ポット用の水が浴室水栓からしか汲めない事。 出来れば浄水された水を用意してほしかった。

"Great price and accommodation with location and travel convenient to Shinkansen."

Breakfast was good and catered to Japanese styles for obvious reasons but still had a wide variety available. Staff spoke English when our we didn’t know certain Japanese vocabulary. Spa and hot bath were nice add-on at no charge. Great price and adequate size room for two people staying for two weeks.

The walk from the last station at Naka Koen wasn’t long but just hard to navigate at first; didn’t know we needed to go over the tracks and through the building.

部屋の中は綺麗でした

エレベーターが1台しか稼働しておらず、スタッフがワゴンで乗り込んでて客が居るのに降りず、そのまま行ってしまった。チェックインのためにエレベーターで結構な人数が待ってたのに。 屋上へ景色を見に上がるとエレベーターホールにゴミが山ほど積まれてた。スタッフは気付かないの？定期的にチェックして常に清潔保って欲しい。
