My door would not lock and looked like it had been broken into had to be slammed hard only lock from outside and someone kept trying to come in the room 3 or 4 times through out the night

Pretty clean and nice it had some icy spots

Half of the channels did not work on the tv

The carpet had weird stains and didn't seem to be vacuumed. The dead bolt was difficult to secure and the extra door hold was busted.

I was stuck at this hotel for 2 nights during a snow and ice storm. It was clean, quiet, and the staff was super nice. The employee on duty saw I had kids with me and gave us a room on the ground floor

Could not watch all the channels on the tv

If you stay more than a day they do it offer to clean your room

No heat in the room until someone checks in at that point it takes several hours to get warm. Used my hairdryer to get the sheets warm enough to get in bed. Had to ask for towels and washcloths. Some of the bottle of toiletries were half empty so assumed they had been used. The lady at the desk was kind enough to give us an extra comforter to use while the heat was trying to kick in. Will never use this hotel again.

Outdated rooms, bathroom was dirty.
