Good check-in and then downhill from there. The room door VERY difficult to open, multiple lights did not work, dirty-looking towels/bath mat, could not get the bathroom light to turn off AT ALL once we turned it on, little toilet paper and no extra roll (no staff at the desk to get any more, even after ringing bell as desk sign noted), carpeting needed swept around edges, poor breakfast choices and quantities of items.

Never again will we stay here dirty bedding not washed from the previous people ants in are food that we just bought from Pizza Hut we sat it down on the desk never saw one ant my son went to get him a piece of pizza and couldn’t eat

First room smelled bad , bathroom light did not work and fan was hanging from the ceiling. Floor was dirty . Got another room upstairs. Wall by bed was full of some sort of spill splashed on it. Bathtub had no anti slip mats and showerhead was flimsy and leaking. Toilet was running 24/7

The room was completely filthy, from cigarette ashes on the bathroom floor and beds made with visibly dirty sheets, to tiny roaches in the sheets and bathroom.

Security latch on door was falling off. Housekeeper walked in on me, ignoring DND sign. Coffee maker was broken. Cable TV was out half the time I was there. Breakfast was only waffles and muffins. Fridge froze all of my food. Construction workers' loud trucks woke me up at 5am.

First room hadn’t been cleaned and smelled like smoke, Second room key didn’t work and stunk. Coffee was cold. Place is just not clean and did t feel safe
