"Good location"

Centrally located. W/D available. Interesting house. Well equipped

We were the only guests in a large older house, with no host. It was fine but potentially concerning.

I was in the RED, very over the top RED room! I named the room the dragon's lair as the fan added the perfect "breath" like a dragon!!

"Excellent"

No staff present. Remote guy emailed us like 20 times. Unexpected fee of $300 deposit. I think that’s a bit excessive. So so many rules. I was literally afraid to touch anything. House is ready for serious restoration. Could be a really fabulous place. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The host was very nice and offered excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The location is really nice in an historic neighborhood. Great porch!

The surveillance cameras in the general areas are creepy. The place is kind of dusty and shabby. I understand you're trying to fix it up, but maybe take out a loan to fix it up and then have paying guests.

"Lovely property in an ideal location near downtown"

The Historic Victorian Inn is in an ideal location, close enough to walk into downtown or the Falls, but far enough to enjoy the quiet. It is right next to the Pettigrew Home and Museum. Easy check in and check out. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room. We had full access to the kitchen which was very nice as well.

The window coverings did not block the light, which made for an earlier morning than expected or desired.

Charming, great location!

Not necessarily the property but I received 7messages on booking 13 emails and 8text messages in 12 hours. A little much in my opinion!
