"If you’re looking for a new kinda historical place this is it."

Traveling through South Dakota? You have to stop in Sioux Falls! And the place is great, especially if you are into the new BnB vibe - self check in/out - And I’m getting used to it- everything was done over the phone and text. The person that helped with our reservation was more than helpful. We discussed options for my EV charging and local areas of interest. Great historical area in the heart of town.

This is not what I hated it’s more of what I liked. The floor may squeak a little but that’s historical charm.

Very old house with old decor that was well done for the most part. great wood trim and bannisters and original doors, etc. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

There were SO MANY rules and texts. I had to sign up AGAIN with the property even after booking with the website. Also took a $300 deposit and would not allow for an early check in ( I had an event at 5PM) without a fee. The room was either done or it wasn't. What does an hour cost anyone. The room was fine even though it was ALL red. Everything but the ceiling and the floor. The rules and lack of customer trust make me not want to stay there again. I am an AirBnB host and would never send so many instructions and rules.

"Souix Falls is a hidden gem."

Beautiful historic home. Relaxing stay. Wonderful and extremely clean town that I felt completely safe since I am traveling alone. Restaurants were clean with hi-quality food. The Cathedral was an unexpected surprise! Mass was held with great devotion.

BEAUTIFUL garden! Rich historical home. Very beautiful and just takes you to another place mentally.

Obviously on the older side but I knew what I was booking.
