Not comfortable

Amazing house. Tastefully decorated. Easy to find and get access. Beautiful neighborhood.

Mentioned a balcony in my room description but there is no private balcony. There is a beautiful wraparound porch and outdoor space.

Different from your normal hotel.

Cool old Victorian house. A piece of history. Had a great kitchen for cooking your own stuff. Had an old house smell but of coarse was built in 1888. Great and safe neighborhood. Would stay here again.

The Victorian Inn is well-preserved and the rooms are very nice. We didn’t get to enjoy the patio but it seemed nice.

Check-in procedure was cumbersome and difficult when your internet connection is not stable. Also, because we were traveling, we were on mobile phones as opposed to a desktop or laptop, making the signing of documents tricky.

Loved the proximity to downtown Sioux Falls.

Bathroom needs a mat for the tub

Very charming Victorian house, beautiful garden, well organized and comfortable. Great location, walking distance to downtown.

Too many rules, too many reminders, too much pressure for the guest to do everything right.

Windows not fully covered to block light in bedroom, some dust in entryway affected first impression

Beautiful antique house and decor. The location was great for access to downtown where there are many shops and restaurants. Comfortable room and bed. Right next to Pettigrew House/Museum. But it wasn't open during the hours we were there. Peaceful. It's located in the Historic District, so it was fun to drive around and look at all the houses. Reasonable price. Thanks to the owners for this undertaking in historical restoration!

Not a Bed and Breakfast. The kitchen was available to make your own with your own food. Originally was looking for a Bed and Breakfast. It popped up that way in the online search. We ate out. Fabulous restaurants nearby. Nobody was there, but the owner kept in touch through texts and emails. Bring your own passwords to streaming networks or cannot access them. Late check-in, should be given a couple of hours earlier. Time too short. Alot of rules to read, but understandably so for such a place! Beautiful!

We enjoy staying in accommodation that is unique, and the Historic Victoria Inn is unique.
