Firelite Lodge

This is a wonderful property across the street from the lake. I prefer smaller properties like this, where you can park near your room. It is clean, well maintained and updated. It’s conveniently located near multiple popular Tahoe activities and is just 20 min from Truckee.

Rooms were very clean & simple, easy check in and check out, staff were extremely friendly, helpful & prompt

The pool & jacuzzi were closed

The property is nice. Bed comfortable. Exactly what we needed.

I wasn’t happy that the pool and the hot tub wasn’t open. Cable and Wi-Fi not that good. Getting code for room took a little too much effort. Feel like we should’ve gotten code without making phone call.

property was filthy, the carpets were sticky, the pool was closed by the city as a health hazard, and the Jacuzzi was disgusting

Front desk was not maned but could be contacted by text. A breakfast would have made it perfect. Everything else was great.
