Quiet and comfy

Location. Basic but spacious and clean room. Fireplace. Free parking.

Coffee machine didn’t work. Shower water pressure was low. I reported it and was told it would be fixed and the coffee maker replaced, neither was done. Having no front desk staff onsite is inconvenient. I liked having a fireplace but having it control the room temperature was annoying. It’d be nice to have a breakfast lounge. They have the space.

Good location, nice sized room with comfortable beds. Simple contactless check in and check out with responsive electronic communication to staff.

I liked being able to see the lake from my balcony.

Zero customer service...I talked to a person in outer space that told me I could check in at noon...I made plans with a friend to eat in South lake at 1230. At twelve noon I again called to check in as I had discussed an hour earlier with the person in outer space.. The person said it was going to be another twenty minutes before I could check in. At that point I had wasted an hour of my day based on the noon early check in promise by the person in outer space. I was then in a time crunch as I could not leave my party in South Lake waiting. This facility wasted an hour of my vacation and left me without a room and an empty promise. I was able to successfully check in and enter the room with the code provided though the online check in was lengthy, glitchy, and a pain in the ass The toilet in the room kept running unless I took the top of the toilet and fixed it each and every time I flushed the toilet. No onsite customer service available. Artificial Intelligence is truly artificial and in this case not intelligent. I will likely be back to the area but I will certainly try a competitor and will likely not return to this facility with Zero service!
