Firelite Lodge

Check-in was beyond impersonal. It was daylight hours, but Had to call a number and reached a person who was hard to understand. Who gave instructions which led to submitting everything all over again in their forms. Then received instructions for how to enter room. Never once saw an employee, yet was repeatedly prompted to submit tips for staff (who we never saw).

The entrance to our room was off a narrow alley with no sidewalk.

I liked that it was clean !

We had an amazing stay at Fire Lodge,, room was very clean and cozy,, bed was really comfy,, an the staff even left a happy Anniversary card for me and my husband as we were celebrating 16yrs of marriage,,small gestures like that make a huge difference,,, would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lake Tahoe😊

The stay was great! The self check-in and check-out system was very easy and convenient. At first we thought it would be difficult without staff at the lobby, but it was actually better and very smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was well organized. Overall, great service and a very nice experience.

There was a small issue with the coffee machine, but it was not a big problem. Other than that, everything was good.

Easy, digital check-in, never saw the manager, cozy, sumptuous remodel; everything you need is provided; 200 TV stations, paper plates with utensils, 4wine glasses corkscrew; responsive manager/owner available via email and telephone and text hot tub beautiful like the view of the lake from your room… Excellent value for your money highly recommend
