O hotel é um absurdo de lindo. Cama confortável, lençóis e toalhas da Trousseau, muitos detalhes excelentes.

Uma única bobagem, que infelizmente impactou minha impressão geral: a TV do meu quarto não conectava nada. Demorava para carregar qualquer app e daí dava erro. Como só passei 24hs lá, não fiz muita questão. E tenho certeza que se eu tivesse ligado tinham resolvido na hora. Mas para um hotel dessa categoria de preço, não era nem pra ter acontecido.

Localização excelente! Staff muito cordial.

Poucos funcionários sobrecarregados de demandas, o que ocasionou a maior parte dos problemas observados, tipo quarto entregue e quase as 15 hs , demora de 45 min pra receber o café da manhã que vem da cozinha, cobrança indevida de bebida, que por sinal observei que cobram um valor exorbitante por um drink no bar, etc.

Hotel maravilhoso em tudo: localização - no centro histórico, dá para conhecer diversos pontos turísticos andando, e de quebra, fica em frente ao Teatro Amazonas atendimento - funcionários - simpáticos e atenciosos. conforto- quarto espaçoso, cama king, toalhas macias e cheirosas, varanda com vista do teatro. Academia bem equipada e piscina no rooftop. cafe da manhã delicioso, com buffet bem servido e muitas opções a la carte. Tem ate espumante para quem curte logo cedo. Excelente em todos os aspectos.
