nice apartment, but cramped. New appliances, all the dishes are there. transport, shops - everything is within easy reach

when we arrived, there was a dirty floor and socks in the sofa and under the bedside table. They asked me to clean up. We lost 3 hours of our time and our mood was ruined.

Extra procedure to check in including paying a deposit of 250euro - booking.com should make a note while booking that there's a deposit required!!! It's still not unblocked When we came to the apartment at 2:40 with my mother and one month old baby the cleaning team was still there and didn't want us in until 3pm - the check in time and wouldn't let us leave our things until we phoned to some manager. The final cleaning was happening with the shoes on and finished at 3:20 meanwhile I was waiting there to take shower and feed my son Anyways the protection gum in the shower was broken the same as one of the window curtains. So the manager decided to send the maintenance guy around 4pm to fix the curtain. I didn't like it honestly because if there's something broken in the house or if it needs a cleaning there are 4 hours between checkout and check in to manage it... And we were tired and just wanted to rest for the money we paid As for the apartment - all the small windows are facing the internal walls of the same building so there's no fresh air. Also the kitchen was not equipped even with salt or sugar.. not speaking of coffee I wouldn't suggest this apartment for a long stay

Location. Close to the subway and to major tourist sites. Local bars and stores with good prices in the area.

There was a shortage of clips for drying clothes.

Poor instructions to access the property

Modern, clean apartment in a good location for transport. Being outside the tourist areas allowed us to understand how the locals live.

The apartment access system is entirely based on roaming internet. We did not have internet outside WiFi so had to make special arrangements for access. Also if if there is an internet outage, you cannot enter the building.

Very comfortable and well equipped Comfortable bed and very quiet at night
