"Dark and not kids friendly."

Newly renovated flat with new furniture and fully equipped kitchen. Very well cleaned

1. The staff arrived late to provide us with the key, although we had clearly decided on a time, accommodating their schedule, STILL they arrived 45 minutes late and that is after 2 calls where made from our side. 2. They provided us with a baby crib,which we paid extra for, WITHOUT a mattress, we were also asked to bring our own bedding for the crib if we didn't want to pay extra for that too. Those additional costs are not listed anywhere throughout the booking and it is actually stated that a crib is included free of charge for babies below 3 years. Since the crib did not have a mattress, speaking with charming, they suggested we put a duvet as a mattress instead (which is unsafe for a baby). This is absolutely unacceptable, our 6 month old baby slept terribly those nights and so did we. 3. The flat is completely interior, so it's very dark. 4. There are no blinds at the window looking out towards the neighbours, so your privacy was compromised and it was uncomfortable as there was always someone there 5. We were requested to pay a deposit the day before arriving through a link that did not work.
