"Dog friendly, attentive staff"

Service was fantastic! Super dog friendly hotel. William at the front door greeted us (and Piper, our dog) every time we passed through. Friendly and attentive staff. Great service in the Commons restaurant for breakfast as well. Attentive to the pup as well! Highly recommend Virgin hotels!

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Their rooftop pool and food was just what we needed for our vacation. And the service was top tier thanks to Jon the bellman always willing to help and giving good recommendations for the area!

"Great Hotel"

Had a great visit at the Virgin Nashville. Rooms were nice and clean, staff was very friendly. The front desk and valet staff were super friendly and very welcoming, especially Garrett. I throughly enjoyed my stay and will return when I come back to Nashville.
