Everything!!

Room was not clean on arrival and only cleaned once during our 4 night stay despite several requests to have it cleaned. Staff were miserable and rushed guests. We had a fair amount of luggage due to a 3 week trip and were made to feel like an inconvenience. The only saving grace is the valet staff who were absolutely exceptional.

We went to the rooftop at the Virgin Hotel. Our waitress Sophie was an amazingly warm, friendly professional and took great care with my allergies!

The valet staff were very quick and friendly! No problems whatsoever with drop off and pick up. Ana my valet did great! Would recommend!

I valeted here and India was very helpful for finding local eats and attractions!

Rooms, overall design, customer service were all excellent. Food and business experiences were also good. My only "complaint" was I would like a little more variety on their in room dining options. Especially on that first travel day!

This is a very nice hotel! The bellhop Dustin was fantastic. The inside lobby is beautiful and it was convenient to everything. There were a few minor annoyances, however. We called down to the front desk multiple times during our stay and no one ever picked up the phone regardless of the time of day. On the last day, we were hoping to get some help carrying our bags down, but we were unsuccessful in reaching anyone downstairs, so we just made multiple trips. They were very busy, and on the last day the hotel ran out of regular coffee for the rooms. When we asked housekeeping, they said that the woman who was supposed to order coffee had gone on vacation for two weeks, and simply not ordered enough. The implication was that there was no one else there who knew how to order coffee😂. On the days that we did need extra toiletries or coffee for the room, we could not simply stop by the front desk pick it up; they have to have it delivered from somewhere else in the hotel up to your room. (They don’t have any amenities at the front desk that they can just hand to you like at a normal hotel.) At one point, we went downstairs to get something from them, they said they had to order it up to our room, and after several hours, it got so late that we had to call back down to the front desk and cancel the request because we wanted to go to sleep.😂 The only other minor annoyance was that many of the lights in the hotel room (closet lights, bathroom lights, etc.) turn on and off automatically with motion sensors, so if you’re trying to not disturb (with bright lights) another person sharing a room with you, you don’t have the ability to control the lights and not disturb them. For the price, I probably would not stay here again (because for this high of a price I think you can avoid those minor annoyances) but it’s a beautifully-decorated hotel!

Awesome Hotel !! Our stay was fun and the food was great. A litttle quirky for a room but was loving it at the end of our stay.

William and Lennon were extremely helpful and fun to talk to while we were waiting for our car.
