very spacious accommodation. The house is a bit older but neat. Everything you , is available. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. Very good stay based on the price!

We really liked the house. Original Japanese style, metresse on the floor, cosey house, a lot of space. Very chill place in the middle of no where (a bit jangle around). we loved the place

it is around 10-12 min walk from the train station. You need to climb the all way up to the house. With the luggage it wasn't easy. You need to be in a good shape to do that by walk. And the house is an old house so things are a bit broken but we didn't care about it

Great communication and directions from the owner throughout. Great house in the middle of picturesque location. Tea and coffee machine with water topped up was lovely. Everything was clean and large space. could easily hold a family

the mattresses are bit springy but nonetheless we slept well. might be worth investing in thicker foldable mattresse

Location was okay. The view from the bedroom was nice

The floor was broken. The kitchen was in very poor condition. There was visible mold & large cockroach.

It's specious and beautiful Japanese style. It has two bedrooms and kitchen and all facilities for cooking. Free coffee and tea. The Owner is very responsive and helpful the house is old and need some renovations.

The house is not in proper conditions. There are lots of thiings broken, including holes and the floor is very unstable. There is lot of dust everywhere, the mattress is very unconfortable and there is no garden in conditions to hang out. The owners should do deep maintenance work in order to at least keep the guests safe. It felt like a horrour movie.

Large space in Hakone and very reasonably priced. Good for large groups of fit, young people. Recommended parking is up a very steep hill and stairs to second floor are a little narrow and steep. The house was otherwise clean and comfortable.

Location is good , traditional home .
