Taisho Modern Villa Zen

Property was very comfortable. It's close to some onsens and public transport. The house is old and there are some damages, but other than that there were very little issues.

-It’s an old villa -It has AC on the living room and bedrooms

-many broken things: kitchen cabinets, beds, paper of the windows, holes on the wall, sofa covers and table -Dirt on the kitchen and refrigerator -Bad smell on the hall due to bottles of gasoline are kept there -Missing window glass on the living room that makes the area so cold also missing window on the bath -A huge amount of garbage bags on the outside porch that make it unhygienic -Garden it’s no longer accessible as it’s completely neglected and full of weeds. -Difficult access to the house with baggage

It had a good view and the surroundings were very peaceful and quiet

The place was run down and very dusty, the floor boards were broken downstairs and damaged

Home is perfect, very big so many rooms and bed is qiuite comfortable. Owner is very kind person he\she was always on connect with us. There are everything for comfortable staying, towels, tooth brashes, soap etc. Nice kitchen i dont know why some people complain. We stayed with friends and it was one of the best our home after tiny app and hotels in Tokyo. Bus station is not far from home.

Big Japanese house with a lot of space ,amazing view. all you need for enjoying this area and have a relaxing time.

I little damaged windows and walls. And in the first hours (-: the smell is weird.

Spacious, very clean, old authentic Japanese house. Surrounded by green, crickets at night

Kitchen minimally equipped , steep climb to the road/parking (hard with suitcases). Lacking English instructions on utility usage (Laundry, hot water, etc.) Drive distance from town/shop/restaurants

The bedrooms were comfortable, spacious, clean with amazing views. The host kept in touch.

Unfortunately before we arrived, the host said that the property had been damaged by previous guests. Despite this the downstairs was a bit tired and there was one small sofa bearing in mind the villa accommodated up to x8 people. Also the location was up and down very steep hills which was hard work with suitcases.
