Convenient location. Quiet. Comfortable room with excellent kitchen facilities. Very good water pressure with reliable hot and cold water supply. High ceilings. There’s a park right next to the property and a literal forest across the street. Very beautiful.

Very thin walls - you can hear the movements of the people in the adjacent rooms and I think they can also hear my movements.
