Schwanenburg Apartments

Had some bad luck but stuff was very helpful in solving the problems I encountered: first morning the water cooker exploded the fuses and the maid cooked me water for coffee. Problem was fixed during the day and a new cooker was place in flat with some niceties. In the evening when returning from dinner with a client the radiator was making a horrible noise. Stuff managed to silence it until the next morning when I woke to the same noise shortly after 6. Stuff silenced it again and provided me a free uograde to penthouse for the last night. This was very comfortable and quiet!

The first flat located at inside patio with permanent The curtains were thin and and only partly blocked the light. I had difficulties to sleep and had to use a sleep mask. Probably related with the radiator problem the first flat remained chill.

I think it is expensive in comparison to what they offer you

No reception, nobody to ask if you have a problem in the apartment

Although it is far from the city center, it has a nice location in Buch, I did not have any negative situations and reception was very helpful and fast anytime I need.

Location was quite good. cozy and comfortable.

But there is only one bus per hour I guess. Had to wait so much time to take the bus. and it was bit costly since its in C zone. Had to buy tickets for all ABC zones when travelling for work. If need to walk from the train station, it's about 2km.

The place is very clean, location is good with trees around and a pretty quiet neighborhood. The room (apartment) has all the necessary facilities!
