Breakfast lack basic hot drinks ( coffee or tea) + Wifi connection was ver low quality

Unfortunately, due to mistakes in the description of the hotel and a poor communication with the owner, we weren't able to stay there and asked Booking directly to deal with the owner for cancellation and refund. We got the refund, but we lost one day of our vacations.

Poor communication with the owner. Doesn't want to pick up the phone. Wrong information regarding facilities - they corrected after Booking interfered . ( Writing bath tub in the application whereas they have no bath tub at all). Regarding the pets- be aware to get a written confirmation for accepting them. It's was not specified but they " would accept only little breeds". Disappointing.

We had a lovely stay at Waikiki Apartments. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and always available when we needed anything. Communication was smooth and easy throughout, and the accommodation was spotless.

One thing to be aware of is that there isn’t a common lounge or living area, which we hadn’t realised beforehand. This made the stay a little less comfortable for a group. In the apartment we stayed in, one of the three bedrooms was in an open space on a landing, so we had to pass through my sister and her husband’s room to reach ours. It wasn’t ideal for privacy, but manageable for a short stay.
