TROPICAL HOUSE Jungleside Villa

Eine wunderschöne Garten-Anlage, die wir so auf unserer Sri Lanka Reise nur hier gefunden haben. Tolle Ruhe-Oase mit sehr schöner Pool-Anlage. Die Zimmer sind auch hübsch und in Ordnung. Für eine Nacht durften wir in der Suite übernachten, die wirklich riesig & wunderschön ist. Aber auch das normale Zimmer hat eine gute Ausstattung. Mit dem Tuktuk ist man schnell in der Stadt bzw. am Strand. Die Frühstücksauswahl, die man a la carte bestellen kann, ist ebenfalls klasse! Wasser bekommt man auf dem Zimmer.

Etwas abseits vom Zentrum gelegen, man ist aber schnell mit dem Tuktuk da und hat dafür eine wahre Ruhe-Oase.

What a great place to stay - it was a 5/10 min tuktuk journey to the Main Street and the hotel organised a complimentary tuktuk! The room was amazing and so large. Everywhere was clean and the beautiful gardens well kept. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice.

Beautiful grounds. Great room and bed. Very lovely staff. Delicious lunch at fair price.

Extra charges - water refill for bedroom, items at breakfast (we had breakfast included but some items were extra - a bit penny pinching) , expensive laundry (€10.50 for wash!! - €1.50 anywhere else) etc. Lack of generosity, unlike every other place we stayed in Sri Lanka during 4 week holiday.

Exceptional place to stay, cannot fault it at all, fabulous daytime food, very clean pool, jungle surrounding, gorgeous quality room. Staff are just amazing, stayed here before and would highly recommend.

It was a beautiful property with a lovely swimming pool.

The restaurant closed at 5pm and therefore we had to go out for an evening meal, which we had not expected. There were plenty of restaurants at the beach which was a 5 minute tuktuk ride away so not disastrous. Breakfast was good but we were not offered any more tea/coffee etc. would have had to pay for this. Not something we encountered at any of our previous stays.

Sehr angenehm! Bereits bei der Ankunft haben wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr einladend, etwas abgelegener aber dafür ruhiger. Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig. Der Poolbereich war sehr schön! Das Personal war extrem herzlich und zuvorkommend!
